Conducting noise analysis in moving vehicles on various test tracks is often time-consuming and challenging. The vehicle shaker systems bring a wide array of global test tracks into your testing, quality management, and production areas.
Different excitation states to mimic various road surfaces, speeds, and engine conditions are realistically and reproducibly simulated at the push of a button. This allows for efficient localisation, analysis, and evaluation of Buzzes, Squeaks, and Rattles through targeted excitation and the combination of noise-critical driving situations, all while allowing free mobility in and around the vehicle.
With the addition of a component testing table, individual modules and components can also be tested. For use in climatic chambers, the optional water cooling and thermal insulation of the ALPHA shakers support operation within a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C.
