8-channel Data Acquisition System
The MB DAQ 8256 is an eight-channel data acquisition front-end for high-precision, multi-channel sound and vibration measurements, Squeak & Rattle testing and in-line acoustic test systems. The universal inputs allow not only the connection of voltage sensors, IEPE accelerometers and microphones, but also the acquisition of additional associated quantities such as temperature, displacement, position or pressure via current sensors with 4-20 mA output.
Squeak & Rattle and Fatigue Tester
3D shaker tables enabling a wide range of parts and components to be excited in the x, y and z axes. Real-world vibration conditions and noise-critical excitation can be accurately replicated in multiple axes in the laboratory. With excitation forces of up to 12 kN and an optional climatic package for use in a climatic chamber, the shaker can be universally used for squeak and rattle tests and fatigue tests in accordance with a wide range of test specifications.

Modal Analysis & Vibration Testing Shakers – X-Act Exciters
The X-Act 325 is a universal electromagnetic shaker with a force of 300N sine pk and a maximum displacement of 25mm pk-pk. Unlike conventional shaker systems, the X-Act 325 can be cooled with air or water as standard. The much more efficient water cooling allows the X-Act 325 to operate continuously and quietly at high excitation forces. The compact dimensions and low weight enable mobile use and facilitate the positioning and alignment of the system.
Lightweight Modal Inertial Shaker – Omega 1050
The OMEGA 1050 modal and inertial shaker sets new standards in vibration analysis. Its outstanding efficiency enables it to generate high excitation forces of up to 1000N sine peak at a very low weight of only 35kg. This makes it particularly suitable for use in demanding environments where mobility and efficiency are crucial. This high-performance shaker is designed for modal and inertial testing, capable of supporting payloads of up to 150kg vertically.
