Multi-channel junction boxes, also known as patch panels are widely used in vibration shaker installations to provide a neat interface between shaker room and control room. This type of solution reduces the wear and tear on the cables which improves data quality and minimises intermittent faults. CentraTEQ’s range of junction boxes provides a multitude of solutions and finishes to suit your requirements.
Connections can be arranged with an input and output either side of a box, which is ideal for a free-standing junction box. Alternatively, cable exit can be via a cable gland which is well suited to fixed patch panels which may be wall mounted.
We use only the highest quality cable and always recommend using low triboelectric noise for the connection cables to ensure future proofing for the use of IEPE and Charge output sensors.
All connectors on the junction box are isolated to avoid earth loop issues.
Customer logos can be laser engraved onto the box for that high quality finish and easy identification.
